Jets Sign Remaining Draft Picks

As per various media reports (NY Post, KFFL) the New York Jets have signed their remaining two draft picks (Nick Mangold - OL and Kellen Clemens - QB).  This means that there will be no holdouts.  The Jets begin camp on Friday 07/28/06. Discuss this and more in our forums.

Jets Sign D'Brick

Rich Cimini of the NY Daily News is reporting that the Jets have signed D’Brickashaw Ferguson.  D’Brick was the Jets first overall selection in the 2006 draft, selected # 4 overall.  Training camp opens on Friday 7/28 and only two picks remain unsigned (Nick Mangold and Kellen Clemens).  http://blogs.nydailynews.com/jets/

Jets Sign Schlegel

KFFL is reporting that the NY Jets have signed their third round draft pick, LB Anthony Schlegel.  Financial terms were not released on this four year deal.  The Jets had previously signed DL Titus Adams (7th), TE Jason Pociask (5th), S Eric Smith (3rd) and WR Brad Smith (4th).
