Yankees | Dotel to begin rehab assignment soon

Mark Feinsand, of NewYork.Yankees.MLB.com, reports New York Yankees RP Octavio Dotel (elbow) pitched two innings in an extended spring training game Thursday, May 10. Dotel could begin a rehab assignment sometime in the next week or two, although Yankees general manager Brian Cashman said Dotel, who hasnt thrown his slider yet, wont begin a rehab assignment until he has thrown all his pitches. Dotel is still expected to make his return to the major leagues in June.
