Think of that-he can score the guy with a flyout or a decent groundball(not even a hit), and more often than not, in a situation where the pitchers has to throw strikes, he cannot put the bat on the ball. There's something really wrong here. The averager for all MLBers is around 48%.

They do not break it down that much. It's simply a raw stat-does the runner on 3rd score or not? Remarkably A-Rod's batting avarage with RISP is almost exactly his overall average. I'm not saying "A-rod sucks-trade him!". But there has to be a change in his approach or something.
