I made a vat of sauce (some sausage in it Verde-which I will seperate for you) and there are (cheese) ravioli bubbling away on the stove as I write-salad-oil and red wine vinegar salt pepper garlic salt-oh yea cukes too-seasoning.Fresh Italian bread and Sinatra blasting away-"what a world what a life I'm in love, Life is a beautiful thing...I got the world on a string"

Frank and Italian food-does it get any better?

Sounds like such a nice night at your house.
Now all you need to do is light some candles and you will sweep your wife right off her feet!:)

I admit it's hard to top that, but I'll give it a try.

Homemade jambalaya using true andouille sausage, seasoned chicken and shrimp. Skillet cornbread done to perfection (ok, i 'm bragging a bit), a garlic caesar salad, and a very nice Sangiovese to accompany.

Homemade rice pudding with raisins and cinnamon for dessert and a mix of Mozart, David Sanborn and the 3 Tenors on the DVD player.

I'll take either offering.
