I talked to Smizzy today. He says he is doing well. I can't say where he is at because the contract he signed with NBC forbids it. He did say that if you tune in on Wed night you will be able to see him on TV.

Again I can't give too many details but the show is about weight loss. He is representing NY. Apparently he is down 50 pounds in 3 weeks and hopes to soon be in the 300's.
