Try uploading the picture to imageshack.us and then link it to that picture. If you're still having problems PM me.

It's plenty big as it is. How huge do you think it needs to be?

Whoa. Bob's right. You definitely re-sized it too large. Cut it down to half that height. If you made the picture, make the players smaller & just use less of the skyline. Looks good, but it's too big.
