Al Atkinson
Al Atkinson (born July 28, 1943, Philadelphia, PA) was an American college and professional football player. He played High School ball at Monsignor Bonner High School and played college football at Villanova University, where he was a linebacker. Al earned a B.S. in Economics while at Villanova, graduating in 1965.

He played professionally in the American Football League for the New York Jets from 1965 through 1969; then for the NFL Jets through 1974. He was a member of the Jets' 1968 Super Bowl championship team, and an AFL All-Star in 1968.

In Super Bowl III, he played the entire second half of the game with a separated shoulder.

He currently lives in Pennsylvania, where he sells car audio systems.
