Darrelle Revis interview transcript 10/25/10

On Monday New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis addressed the media.  Here is the transcript courtesy of the Jets.

On his status for the game against Green Bay…

“I’m ready to go. I’ll be there Sunday. We did everything we could this week. The (bye) week helped out for me to stay up here and get all the treatment that I needed to get, so I’m ready to go.”

On the last time he felt as healthy…

“I don’t know, since I started. It was just a process. The last month, there’s been a lot of stuff going on. I also came in late, but now, I can settle in and just play football.”

On facing Green Bay this week…

“From the past and just knowing them, I know they have a good passing game. When I watch film this week, I’ll look more into it and see what I can get out of those guys and try to make some plays Sunday.”

On how much time he spent working out at the facility during the bye week…

“All day, I was over here, just trying to knock it out. This was a good week of rest for me to do that. (It was) the best time, where I can come out and where I can get (my hamstring) 100 percent and get ready for the second half of the season.”
