If you would like to get ready for Super Bowl Sunday by improving your cooking skills, you should check out this event

.  You can hang out with Willie Colon and Austin Howard and the rest of the culinary team from ICE.  They will teach you how to cook with rum, which is a necessary ingredient for Jets fans.

The Official Jets Cooking School – Tailgating Division

Back by popular demand, the New York Jets and the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) have added a sixth class to what was a sold-out season of The Jets Cooking School – Tailgating Division, powered by ICE and presented by Chase. In this class – Super Sunday Supper! – guests will have the chance to cook, meet and eat with their favorite current Jets players, Willie Colon and Austin Howard.  ICE will be sharing their playbook of crowd pleasing snacks, gourmet game-time entrees and sweet treats in preparation for the Big Game. Plus, learn the secrets to cooking with rum with guest chef Mario Pagan, who will show guests how to whip up rum-based sauces such as Malt Rum Ketchup and Rum Mustard Mango Aioli, which are sure to compliment any gameday entree. In addition, each guest will receive a complimentary set of Wüsthof Classic 6″ cook’s and 3″ paring knives, valued over $190.
