Leonard Williams Headed to the Pro Bowl

The season continues for NY Jets defensive end Leonard Williams. He has been added to the AFC team for the pro bowl game, which is being held in Orlando on January 29. He takes the roster spot of Khalil Mack because he pulled out of the game.

This is the first pro bowl appearance for Leonard Williams. Unfortunately he is the only player representing the Jets this year.

Williams, who was the 6th overall pick in 2015, deserves this appearance. This year he had 7 sacks and started all 16 games.

I started JetNation in 2005 and have been a New York Jets season ticket holder since graduating from high school. My dream is to see the New York Jets win the Super Bowl. Until then, I will be right here on JetNation writing, dreaming and talking NY Jets football.
