Rapoport: Jets to Sign All-Pro Left Tackle Tyron Smith

Addressing their biggest remaining need, the Jets are signing former Dallas Cowboys All-Pro left tackle Tyron Smith.  This, according to NFL insider Ian Rapoport.

The move is a risky one in considering Smith’s injury history.  Having missed over 35 games over his past four seasons, Smith joins a team that used 14 different linemen and 11 different combinations up front last season.

So while this may not be the last move for the Jets at left tackle this off-season, it is the biggest thus far.
