New York Jets Spread vs. Giants: +3.5 (-105) via FanDuel Sportsbook

Last week, the moneyline felt like the better option for the Jets, and it paid off pretty comfortably. This week, the spread feels better for Gang Green.
Win or lose, these Jets vs. Giants preseason matchups tend to be decided by one score. Dating back to the 2015 preseason, the Jets have five wins over Big Blue and a pair of one-point losses. There’s a solid chance they win or keep this battle within a field goal.
These teams have also been practicing against each other all week, and bragging rights will be on the line this weekend. The Jets’ defense, particularly the secondary, will keep them in it for all 60 minutes.
The best odds for the Jets’ spread right now come via FanDuel Sportsbook. It should be the safest play this time around.

New York Jets Moneyline: +165 via BetMGM

Of course, the New York Jets have also extended their preseason winning streak to five games. Against the Giants, the Jets have won all four preseason matchups in the 2020s.
It’s the preseason, so there’s no reason to think they can’t win, especially with two separate streaks in their favor.
The Jets were sharp against the Packers last weekend, and won’t have to travel at all for this game. The Giants don’t have much defensive depth, something that was evident as their win in Buffalo wore on last Saturday.
Although the spread is probably smarter, there’s nothing wrong with riding the winning streak this week.

Jets vs. Giants Total

Over 39.0 (-110) via Caesars Sportsbook

Under 39.5 (-110) via Fanatics Sportsbook

This may end up being the trickiest Jets total of the 2025 season.
On one hand, the Jets beat the Giants 10-6 last summer, a game that never threatened the over. On the other hand, the previous two preseason matchups between these teams breezed by 50 total points.
Based on joint practices, both defensive lines may absolutely dominate on Saturday night. However, based on both teams’ performance last week, seeing either side exceed 30 points wouldn’t be a surprise.
Health could be the deciding factor, as Allen Lazard and Tyrod Taylor are definite outs for Gang Green’s offense. Malik Nabers and Andrew Thomas, Big Blue’s most important offensive players, won’t play a single snap either.
Lean toward the under here, but this total may be one to avoid.
