There was encouraging news on the injury front at Jets training camp Monday, particularly with Breece Hall. Hall was working on the side field during practice, and JetNation was there to watch the session. He was running, cutting, and changing directions, and based on what we saw firsthand, he looked good moving around.
The video below shows Hall going through some of that work during Monday’s practice. This is a cell phone video, so the quality isn’t the best. Wanted to share it though so you can see for yourself that he is moving well.

After practice, Jets head coach Aaron Glenn confirmed that the plan remains for Hall to be ready for Week 1.
Glenn also said Kenyon Sadiq and D’Angelo Ponds are targeting Week 1. Both players worked on the side Monday and appeared to be moving well.
There was additional good news for the defense. Glenn said Joseph Ossai and T’Vondre Sweat are both back to full participation. It was another strong practice for Ossai at Jets Camp.
For Hall, the progress is particularly encouraging after Glenn previously said the running back would miss two to three weeks with a groin injury. There is still time before the regular-season opener, but what we saw Monday certainly looked like a player making good progress toward that Week 1 goal.
Tuesday will mark the final practice of Jets camp. The team will hold its annual luncheon on Wednesday, and then they will prepare to wrap up the preseason Friday night against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium.
