Aaron Rodgers Hints at Extended Stay; Says Time With Jets Won’t be “One and Done”

Less than an hour after refusing to say his time with the Jets would go beyond this season, Aaron Rodgers is already changing his tune, saying that he doesn’t view his time with the Jets as being “one and done”.

It’s music to the ears of Jets fans who understood all along that a one-year stint was a very real possibility.  In fact, even when terms of a trade were agreed to, the Packers refused to offer the Jets protection against an abrupt Rogers retirement.

With Rodgers apparently on board for more than one season, the Jets know that their window to win isn’t as small as some feared it could be.
