Wes Schweitzer Headed Back to IR; Other Roster Moves

Jets offensive lineman Wes Schweitzer is headed back to IR after starting last week’s game.  Having missed the previous four weeks due to injury and after just one game is likely done for the year.  In addition to the Schweitzer move, the Jets signed offensive linemen Jacob Hansen while elevating lineman Chris Glaser and defensive tackle Jalyn Holmes.

The moves mean more instability for the Jets up front on offense where the Jets have already used 12 different starters and a total of 10 offensive line combinations.  Glaser started the team’s week 11 contest against the Buffalo Bills while Hanson’s lone NFL start came last year with the Green Bay Packers.
