Jets Juggle Roster; 4 Players Signed While 5 Move to IR

The Jets tied up some loose ends regarding their 53-man roster today by adding four players while placing five on injured reserve.

Rich Cimini of ESPN New York reported that offensive lineman Josh Andrews, tight end Daniel Brown, safety Matthian Farley and cornerback Nate Hariston have all been signed by Gang Green.

Meanwhile, wide receivers Jeff and Vyncint Smith were placed on injured reserve along with rookies Cam Clark and Jabari Zuniga and free agent addition Patrick Onwuasor.

With rules put in place due to Covid-19, all players placed on IR can return by week four if a team wishes to activate them.  The moves leave the Jets with one open roster spot.
