According to NFL.com/NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport the Jets have signed wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi who was recently released by the Jets last preseason opponent the Jacksonville Jaguars:

Massaquoi was a second round pick of the Cleveland Browns in 2009 and played with them until 2012 having 118 receptions for 1,745 yards with 7 touchdowns. He was in the Jacksonville Jaguars training camp before being released earlier this week.
Fan favorite WR Braylon Edwards appeared to be on the roster bubble before the Massaquoi signing and this acquisition does not bode well for Edwards chances to remain a Jet.
