1) NFL’s top 100 Players- The New York Jets reportedly have four players on the NFL Network’s Top 100 players of 2011 list. The Jets that made the list: Santonio Holmes, D’Brickashaw Ferguson, Nick Mangold, and Darrelle Revis (the rankings will be revealed Sunday nights at 8pm EST on NFL Network). How does linebacker David Harris not make this list?
2) Rex on Centerstage- New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan will be appearing on the YES Network’s Centerstage program Friday night, May 13th at 11pm EST. The one hour show will review Ryan’s recently released book “Play Like You Mean It.”
This was some media tour for Rex Ryan as the head coach hit every media outlet that was available. Could you imagine if the Jets did win the Super Bowl? Gang Green would have to hire an interim head coach while Rex hit the circuit.
3) Santonio Holmes appearance- New York Jets wide receiver Santonio Holmes will be appearing at the GNC in Paramus, New Jersey (688 RT 17 North) on Friday, May 13th from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
