I guess somebody in the front office watched a bit of the Pro Bowl when they were talking about basketball players being good football players as today the Jets have given a try out to 6-foot-7, 240 pound Rugby and former basketball player Hayden Smith.
Smith played basketball for Metro State in Denver and plays for Team USA & a team called Saracens in rugby. No deal has happened yet.
