Jets Waive WR Turner, Cut DB Lewis & Sign LB Sapp

Couple of moves were done today by the Jets. First, they have waived WR Patrick Turner and secondly they cut DB LeQuan Lewis from the practice squad and have replaced him by signing LB Ricky Sapp to the practice squad.
