I play with a lot of energy. I’m really passionate when I get out on the field. So I really think I can bring a lot of energy and have fun doing it. That’s the one thing that guys will be able to see, I’m going to play with energy and have fun doing it.
On if he knew he would get a chance to sign with a team during the season…
Absolutely, I knew eventually I would get a call because I have a lot of football left in me. I knew a call would come. I just didn’t worry about it. I just wanted to make sure I was ready, so when it came, I would be ready to go.
On if he can help the team’s pass rush…
For my career, I’ve never been looked at as a pass rusher. I never really got that opportunity to rush in the game, but I’ve always been able to pass rush. Every coach that I’ve been with knows that I’m able to (rush the passer). I’m a good pass rusher. Definitely, if they give me an opportunity here, I’m going to go all out and make stuff happen.
