Marvez: Lynch Tops Several QB Draft Boards

By Glenn Naughton

With the New York Jets being projected by multiple outlets to pursue Memphis quarterback Paxton Lynch in next week’s draft, Sirius XM NFL’s Alex Marvez had some interesting insight as to where Lynch stands on some draft boards.

In discussing the projected first-rounder, Marvez said “I know for a fact that several teams have Paxton Lynch as their top-rated quarterback.  Not Goff or Wentz, but Lynch because of his ceiling, even though is floor is potentially more dangerous”.

If Marvez is right, this could mean Lynch will be long gone by the time the Jets are on the board at number 20, or that Gang Green has him as the top QB themselves and will have to pay a king’s ransom to move up over any teams they feel could be a threat to take the mobile, rocket-armed QB.
