Second-round Tender for Anderson is Official

As expected, the Jets have placed a second-round qualifying tender on wide receiver Robby Andreson ahead of the start of free agency.

Anderson is the best deep threat the Jets have had in decades who may stick around for the long-term since the departure of former speedster Wesley Walker.

The Jets will be able to match any offer made by an opposing team and will receive a second-round pick if they opt not to do so.
