Jets add OL Brandon Hitner to Practice Squad After Broncos Poach OT Calvin Anderson

Jets undrafted rookie free agent left tackle Calvin Anderson has been signed away from the Jets practice squad to the Denver Broncos 53-man roster.

After a preseason that saw Anderson play solid football over the last two exhibition contests, he was added to the Jets practice squad.  With his departure to Denver, the Jets had an open spot and added former Villanova offensive lineman Brandon Hitner.

While Anderson was a prototypical left tackle, Hitner projects as an interior lineman who spent some time with the Rams this preseason.
