Jets Agree to Terms with Brian Poole

Brian Poole

Continuing to assemble their roster for the 2020 season, the Jets have come to terms with nickel cornerback Brian Poole on a one-year deal.

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the deal is for $5 million guaranteed.  Poole was a pleasant surprise for the Jets in 2020 as the team’s most consistent and reliable cover man.  His return allows the Jets to take one more item off of their offseason shopping list.  The Jets are also rumored to have interest in free agent cornerbacks Prince Amukamara and Chris Harris III.
