Victor Green Retires as a N.Y. Jet

The Jets announced yesterday that they had signed Victor Green for the purpose of letting him retire as a N.Y. Jet.  Victor first signed with the Jets 13 years ago as a rookie free agent.  He was a member of the team from 1993 – 2001.

His 24 interceptions are tied for 3rd most in team history behind all time leader Bill Baird (34).  Green was voted to the all decade team in 2003.  His passion for the game and hard hitting style, will be missed.
