Sirius NFL Radio has reported that the Jets have fired two assistant coaches. Defensive Line coach Denny Marcin (Assistant Running Backs/Special Teams Coach) and Sam Gash (Assistant Running Backs/Special Teams Coach).
Denny Marcin has 10 years of coaching experience, the last 3 with the Jets. Sam Gash has been a coach for 2 year, both with the Jets.
Replacement coaches were not named at this time. Will the Jets promote Bryan Cox who currently serves as the Assistant Defensive Line coach? Discuss this and more in our forums.
