NY Jets head coach Eric Mangini announced that eight players have been waived today. WR Tim Dwight, DE Darrell Adams, DT Zarnell Fitch, RB Tony Hollings, CB Rayshaun Kizer, WR Dante Ridgeway, OL Nick Smith and WR Juan Wong.
The Jets active roster is at 75. NFL rosters must be at 75 by Tuesday 08/28. The final roster must be set at 53 (active players) by Saturday 09/01. Practice squads can be named on Sunday 09/02. To discuss these roster moves, visit our forums.
