The New York Jets announced today that star wideout Laveranues Coles has been placed on injured reserve. Coles who has been part of recent trade rumors has been playing in pain for weeks (high ankle sprain). On 12/16, JetNation made the recommendation that Coles shut it down for the season.
The Jets always make things interesting and this time they didn’t let us down. Taking LC’s place on the active roster is former Penn State standout Jeremy Kapinos. Jeremy is 6’1, 235 so at first glance it seems that he could help this team out. Except he is a punter. Ben Graham was not available for comment, we wanted to ask him what he thought about this move.
