On the verge of camp, the Jets have made some minor roster moves. They placed Chris Baker on the PUP (Physically Unable To Perform) List. Which means that he will practice when the Jets say he can practice. They also signed free agent DB Ahmad Carroll and waived DB Nate Lyles. Carroll is a former 1st round pick of the Packers (2004).
