Day two of mini-camp is in the books and here is a thread that contains news and notes from various sources.
Dave Hutchinson continues to be a big fan of Rex Ryan’s humor:
Ryan doubled over his audience in laughter later when he was asked about moving training camp to upstate New York. He joked that he’s on the most-wanted list in New Jersey, New England (because of his remarks about Bill Belichick) and Miami.
Hutch also gives us this note about Safety Eric Smith:
Backup S Eric Smith, who had three interceptions on Tuesday, has caught the eye of Ryan. “He has really taken off for us,” said Ryan. “He’s really improving. He’s a veteran guy who came in and I don’t know if he was disgruntled with where he was initially on the depth charts. He just keeps getting better.”
