The Jets have resigned CB\KR Justin Miller. He will take the roster spot of Leon Washington who was placed on the I.R. list. Via the NY Jets Twitter account:

Rarely does a move that is suggested on message boards come true. In this case it did, immediately after the Leon Washington injury members were saying to bring Justin Miller back in the JetNation.com Forums.
