Jets Pouha Releases Episode 1 of “Life of Lockout”

New York Jets defensive lineman Sione Pouha has released episode one of his video series “Life of Lockout.”  This is a very interesting look inside the life of an NFL player while he deals with the trials and tribulations of being locked out of his team’s training facilities.
