JetNation – Week 6 Power Rankings

New York Jets

Here’s the updated JetNation top ten power rankings:

10) Philadelphia Eagles:

Blew a late 10 point fourth quarter lead and minus nine in turnovers for the season.

9) Seattle Seahawks:

Top 5 defense and came back down 13 to JN #8 ranked New England Patriots on Sunday.

8) New England Patriots:

Play AFC East division leading Jets next week.

7) Green Bay Packers:

Aaron Rogers shows why he is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, 6 TD passes against a top ranked Texans defense.

6) Atlanta Falcons:

Atlanta heads to their bye undefeated as they squeaked by the Raiders.

5) New York Giants:

Two big division matchups back-to-back weeks coming up: Redskins (Home), Cowboys (Road).

4) San Francisco 49ers:

49ers need to rebound quickly from the beat-down at the hands of the Champion Giants as they play JN #9 ranked Seahawks Thursday night.

3) Houston Texans:

LB Brian Cushing out for the season hurts but Texans overcame injuries last year.  No shame in losing to Aaron Rogers and the Green Bay Packers.

2) Chicago Bears:

Rested Bears face division rivals Lions.

1) Baltimore Ravens:

With cornerback Lardarius Webb and linebacker Ray Lewis out for the season with injuries along with a tough test at Houston next week this #1 ranking may not last long.

Knocking on the Door:

  • Washington Redskins

 Fallen Out:

  • Minnesota Vikings: Struggle on the road.
  • Pittsburgh Steelers: Too many injuries to overcome right now.
