Sam Darnold Misses Practice Due To Foot Injury

The Jets held practice today but Sam Darnold sat it out with a foot injury. On Monday there was no word of an injury to Sam Darnold.

These tweets from Manish Mehta and Brian Costello sum things up pretty well.

#Jets Sam Darnold said he got dinged up after the Dolphins game.

When asked how he felt on Monday, he said: "Yeah, I feel fine, some bumps and some bruises, but everything is good."

Now he's in a walking boot and not practicing.

Todd Bowles said Monday he was unaware of any injury with Sam Darnold. He was either lying or ill-informed. Neither is a good look.
