Jets Bring Back Lineman Connor McGovern Ahead of NFL Draft

Likely a move to add insurance and/or depth if they’re unable to come away from the NFL draft with a high-level center, the Jets have re-signed veteran Connor McGovern.

The center, who also has pro experience at guard, is coming back on a 1-year deal.

The Jets are believed to be taking a hard look at some of the top centers in this year’s class and have had four different visits with Minnesota’s John Michael-Schmitz.
