Today marks a pretty special milestone. JetNation officially turns 21 years old.
What started back on February 16, 2005, as a simple idea has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined. Over the years, JetNation has become a place where Jets fans come to talk, argue, celebrate, vent, and ride every high and low that comes with loving this team.
And, unfortunately, we know there have been plenty of lows.
Through it all, you’ve kept showing up. That’s what makes this so meaningful.
Today, the JetNation forums have over 6.4 million posts. The site regularly surpasses one million page views in a month, and across social media, we reach millions of impressions every single month. None of that happens without readers, posters, moderators, writers, and fans who care enough to keep the conversation going.
To everyone who reads the site, posts on the forums, shares articles, listens to podcasts, or just checks in daily, thank you. Whether you’ve been here since the early message board days or you joined yesterday, you’re part of what makes this community special.
It’s been a lot of fun building this together, even during some very tough seasons. Jets fans are beyond resilient, and JetNation has always been a reflection of that passion and loyalty.
And the truth is, we’re just getting started.
Now that we’re officially “legal” at 21, there are big things coming. We have a brand-new logo and JetNation merch launching very soon, something a lot of you have been asking for. We’ve also rolled out a new Jets mobile app for the forums, making it easier than ever to stay connected, jump into discussions, and keep JetNation in your pocket wherever you are.
This site has always been about the fans. That will never change.
Thank you for helping JetNation grow, evolve, and thrive for 21 years. I can’t wait to see where we take it next, together.
