Herm has proved time and time again he cannot handle injuries, conflicts, situations or whatever you want to call it. Remember the way he handled Chad’s return from the hand injury with Vinny playing one QTR? WTF was that? Really. The guy has no conscience when it comes to playing guys with injuries. He made Martin play on two bad ankles with the guy crying in tears due to the pain. He had Martin with one knee yesterday getting the bulk of the carries. He is so far over his head it’s amazing he’s lasted this long.
All I know is Herm’s most popular famous camp quote when asked about Chad’s shoulder was “I dont know how Chad’s shoulder is feeling. Go ask Chad how its feeling.”
You probably should have paid a little more attention, Herm.
