Jets Defeat Falcons 31 – 16
The NY Jets defeated the Altlanta Falcons in East Rutherford by a score of 31 to 16. The Jets opened by running and then running some more. Chad Pennington did not attempt a single pass.
The player of the game for the Jets was 2nd year QB Kellen Clemens. Kellen was 16 of 22 and threw for 174 with 3 Touchdowns (Sean Ryan had two and Chansi Stuckey caught the other one). Thomas Jones also scored a touchdown on the ground. Discuss the game in our forums and stay tuned for the JetNation.com Report Card.
