The Jets will have to search long and hard to find something to be thankful about after this performance. The Cowboys slapped them around and beat them by a score of 34 to 3. With the loss the Jets fall to 2 and 9 on the season. Let’s talk about the positives first, the season is one game closer to being over.
On the negative side, the Jets were outplayed and outcoached. The Jet still can not control the line of scrimmage and they lose as a result. Kellen Clemens struggled with his accuracy today but he was without his top receiver (Coles) and he was under a lot of pressure. He did move around in the pocket pretty well but threw a costly interception that was returned for a touchdown (Terence Newman).
The Jets had 60 yards rushing, two 3rd down conversions and only had the ball for 22:08 all game long. With those numbers you are not going to win many games.
