ESPN.com has reported that Rex Ryan has accepted the Jets offer, and will be the new H.C. of the NYJ.
The Jets made a formal offer to Ryan “about an hour” after the Ravens lost 23-14 to the Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC Championship Game, the sources said.
TheJetsblog also has some information about Brian Schottenheimer. There are reports that he will be back as offensive coordinator.
