Jets Announce Practice Squad; Including Matt Simms

New York Jets

The New York Jets have started the process of filling out their 10 man practice squad. The first name that we know is Matt Simms. Simms was released yesterday as the Jets cut the roster down to the league mandated 53 man limit.  Now several sources are reporting that Simms is back with the team.

There are a few other names that are being reported as well. Safety Rontez Miles and Defensive Tackle Tevita Finau are also joining the practice squad according to Dennis Waszak.

Please check out our New York Jets practice squad thread for more information as additional signings take place.
