Sheldon Suspended 1 Game
Sheldon Richardson has been suspended for the 1st game of the season. Here is the statement from the NFL and thoughts from the media.
STATEMENT BY AN NFL SPOKESPERSON:
Sheldon Richardson of the New York Jets has been suspended without pay for the first game of the 2016 regular season for violating the NFL Personal Conduct Policy.
Richardson will be eligible to return to the Jets’ active roster on Monday, September 12 following the team’s September 11 game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Richardson is eligible to participate in all preseason practices and games.
