Jets add More Depth to D-Line With Leki Fotu Signing
While fans eagerly await for more news of the Jets beefing up their offensive line, Gang Green is adding another body to their defensive front. This, according to Connor Hughes of SNY who says the Jets are signing defensive tackle Leki Fotu.
A veteran of four NFL seasons, the 335 pound Fotu has appeared in 56 games (21 starts) and will likely replace Al Woods up front. A former Utah Ute, the big space eater was a fourth round pick (114th overall) in the 2020 draft.
Since entering the league he has logged 89 tackles (42 solo) and 3.5 sacks.
Fotu joins Javon Kinlaw in the trenches as the latest additions to putting together a stout defensive front.
