Jets Waive James Ihedigbo
The New York Jets have waived Safety James Ihedigbo. James was signed as an undrafted free agent out of UMass. The Jets have signed their first round pick, CB Darrelle Revis. NFL.com is reporting that it is a 6 year deal worth 36 million. The Jets had insisted on a 6 year deal which delayed negotiations because Revis wanted a 5 year deal. The shorter deal would allow Revis to reach free agency sooner.
