Jets add Kicker Austin Seibert to Step in for Injured Greg Zuerlein

Jet Nation

After working out three kickers, the Jets have settled on Austin Seibert to step in for the injured Greg Zuerlein.  The 5′ 9” Oklahoma product has also kicked for the Browns, Lions and Bengals.

Seibert has never missed a field goal attempt inside of 39 yards (25 for 25) but has struggled at longer distances as he’s 17 of 24 from 40-49 yards and 2-6 from 50+.  On extra points, Seibert is 55-61 (90.2%).
